When you work with the Microsoft Windows operating system, you may experience
the problem of unexpectedly changed icons.
This is the annoyance of finding the icons on your desktop ungrouped or moved around in some unwanted way.

Frozen Icons runs on newer PCs and operating systems (Windows 98/ME/NT/2000/XP/2003.)
Frozen Icons will store your desired desktop icon layout. Then, if something
changes your desktop icon layout, you can restore your desired icon array with a simple click.
Also, if you want other users to be able to use different icon layouts, Frozen Icons will create an unlimited quantity of icon schemes for your desktop. Each user can then have his own arrangement.
